1. Introduction and Legal Status
Welcome to Awesome Global (awesomeglobal.org). We operate as a community-supported branch of The Awesome Foundation. Our legal parent entity is Awesome Glasgow, a registered charity (Registered Charity Number: SC050756, registered 08-Feb-2021), with our registered address at 13-15 East Campbell Street Glasgow, G1 5DT.

2. Application Process and Funding Guarantee
Please be advised that the submission of an application or participating in our assessment process does not constitute a guarantee of funding, grants, or support. All profiles are selected based on strict internal assessments, current project priorities, and the availability of resources at the time of application. The decisions made by our assessment board are final.

3. Use of Funds
If selected for a grant (up to $20,000), funds must be used specifically for the purposes outlined in your final assessment agreement. Awesome Global reserves the right to request proof of fund allocation. Misuse of funds will result in immediate termination of support and potential legal action to recover the granted amount.

4. Intellectual Property
We do not claim ownership over the intellectual property of the startups, research, or projects we fund. Our grants are 100% equity-free. However, we reserve the right to use your project's name and general description in our promotional and impact reports.

Your information is used exclusively for evaluating your eligibility for our programs, communicating with you regarding your application status, and, if selected, coordinating the disbursement of funds or marketing support. We may also use anonymized data for internal statistical analysis.

We implement robust security measures to ensure your data is stored safely in compliance with relevant data protection regulations. Access to your application data is strictly limited to our internal assessment board and authorized personnel under the oversight of our parent charity, Awesome Glasgow.

4. Sharing Your Data
We do not sell, distribute, or lease your personal information to third parties. We will only share your information if we have your explicit, written consent, or if we are legally required to do so by governing law enforcement agencies.

5. Cookies and Tracking
